Assalamualaikum,
A little update on what've been going on so far. Alhamdulillah my wife sehat and the baby as well. Insyaallah this coming Monday we will be going to see our gynae for our regular check. Perhaps, we will be getting another sonogram pic that i can keep it as my collection..hehehe..Fyi, i have this idea of collecting those sonogram pics and keep them in a photo album so that later when the baby grows up, i can show him/her how he/she looks like when he/she was in his/her mom belly..hehehe..i even still keep the pregnancy test stick to show to the baby later how did we first encounter his/her existence in his/her mom tummy..heh..So semangatkan aku?Biasela first baby beb, tu yg excited tak hengatnye..heh..I guess the baby very lucky because everybody loves him/her especially the parents la..heh..Our family and friends are all very excited, caring and supportive when they know that my wife is pregnant. Macam2 tips and advices for us. Their advice to me normally, " Taufik, ko jaga Aida baik2", " Kalau dia mengidam kau tolongla carikan", "Taufik, ko kenela tolong buat keje2 rumah"..tapi yg paling best, " Ko kenela 'tahan' while Aida pregnant ni, ala for 16 weeks je"..heheh..sabo je la...tapi bile first time aku dgr camtu, terdetik gak dlm hati aku,"What?!16 weeks?!Lama tu!"..hehe..
Now my wife, she has been assigned by her boss to work for a project in UM. I guess it's for a few weeks. At first when we were informed about it, we felt a little bit worried and uncomfortable because of the condition of my wife and also some transportation issues la. During early period of pregnancy ni she's a little bit susceptible to nauseousness, dizziness etc. So she can not afford for frequent long distance travelling. Lebih2 lagi kalau kene drive sorang2 or take public transport. It's gonna cause hell lot of trouble to her. After considering some alternatives, i told her that it's the best if me myself send her every morning to UM and fetch her to go back. So she does not have to worry to drive through the terrible traffic jam or squeeze herself into heavily concentrated public transport everyday. Beruntung dpt husband mcm aku ni..ahaks!!=P...
Aha, talking about meeting gynae this coming Monday, we are going to change our gynae. It's not that, the current gynae is not good, the problem is the gynae is a guy...quite a lame reason eh..heh..That gynae is actually the husband to Datuk Jemilah Mahmood, the President of Mercy. People say that he's one of the best at Ampang Putri together with his wife lah. So it's not because of his expertise la why we want to change our gynae. It's just because we prefer a female gynae. My wife is a lot more comfortable with female gynae, plus normally female gynae is talkative compare to male gynae. Our gynae now mmg tak byk ckp la, tanya sepatah jawab sepatah.sometimes yes or no je. So somehow, he creates an awkward environment surround us. My wife nak tanya byk2 pun tak jadi because he seems unfriendly. Taktaula pulak kalau dia ok sbenarnye cume during our visit he was stressed out ke sbb lame tak jumpe wife ke..hehe..Anyway, what ever the reason is, we still want to look for a new gynae, preferably female. Lagipun we read a book that discusses about this issue, whether it's ok to have a gynae who is not our muhrim. That book says that, regular check up is not a 'darurat' situation, plus here in Malaysia we have so many Muslim female gynae. According to the book there will be bad implications later even after the pregnancy period if we just take for granted about this issue. At the moment we have a few candidates in our minds, so lets wait and see la this Monday. Hopefully we can get a new gynae for the regular check ups. I might seem very picky but what the heck man, I just want the best for my wife and the baby, lebih2 lagi this is our first baby. Lagila...
Woops, it's almost time now. I've got to go back early because I have to fetch my wife, plus today is Friday, no use to work late. Aisey, mcm la hari2 lain aku balik lambat...hahahah...gile tak ethical aku ni..so have a nice weekend!!=)
