First Aidilfitri together

g..Just want to share our lovely moments celebrating our first aidilfitri as hubby and baby..heheh..
Later if I'm rajin enough, I'll write about it, if not it will stay as it is..ok what...=D

This Eid is our very first Eid as husband and wife. As a matter of facts, actually before this we did celebrate Eid together when we were in the UK. The feeling and the surrounding is absolutely different. A lot better for sure.To start with, my wife is sooo kind(like always) to agree to celebrate our first raya in my kampung in Perak. We went back 2 days before raya after we done with our preparatory activities here such as shopping for our baju raya, cookies and some other things. We went back right after we had our sahur, it was 5 in the morning. We purposedly chose to go back at that time, simply because we want to avoid the stressful traffic jam and indeed, the decision was perfect. We arrived at Perak about 2 hours later. We took time to rest for a while before we heading to wet market to buy some stuffs that my mom needed for her rendang, lemang, ketupat..all sort of traditional cuisines that are normally served during raya. In the evening, myself as usual helped my dad to do some preparations before we start cooking the lemang next morning..preparing lemang is not difficult but quite troublesome..we need to wash the buluh first, dip the pulut in coconut milk, put the daun pisang inside the buluh, then put the pulut and afterwards fill it up with coconut milk...then it's ready to be cooked.. wifey, helped my mom in the kitchen. She's so rajin maa. My mom is so lucky to have such a pretty and hustler at cooking menantu.

Next day, we woke up early in the morning. Myself, helping my dad to cook our traditional raya cuisine, lemang..it's quite a lengthy process and pretty tiring especially when you cook it during fasting times..my wife, helped mom in the kitchen to cook ketupat, rendang etc..my wife used to tell me that she never have the experience watching people cook lemang before. I told her that, she's just lucky to get married to the right man, because I cook lemang every time raya with my dad..heheh..of cos she's excited. I'm glad that at least i can help her to cross out one of the things that she wants to experience in her life.

oh man..it's almost time to go back..i think i'll stop here..just bare with my laziness..later i'll finish off my raya story...ciao cin cau...

ok..i really not in the mood of updating my blog lately...just for sake of finishing off this raya story, i think i'll just write up something a little bit..org kata, tak elok wat keje separuh jln..okla, aku sambung sket lagi..

first day raye, we both look purple...tak ke mane sgt pun..after solat raye, mkn2, salam2 and jln2 beraya...

second day raye..jln2 to my nenek's house..then duk melepak kat umah...rest because later in the evening we will be leaving back to kajang...we reached kajang at the midnight because the traffic was so terrific..lembik aku dibuatnye..

third day raye..pagi2 lagi kitorang dah bertolak balik ke Muar..alhamdulillah the traffic wasn't really bad..so skejap je la...it took us a bout 2 hours from Kajang to Muar..sampai2 Muar, sib byk lagi sedare mare kat umah Atok..salam2 and mkn2 lebih kurang then we went to my wife's uncle's camp PLKN-type place , dekat2 situ jugak..guess what did i do there?beraye?nope, you are wrong...i played futsal with wife's cousins and uncles...selambe je dgn baju melayu..mule2 main mcm rilek2 je, then bile dah start bersemangat abes baju sume tanggal...berlendir2 main bola..heh..we finished during lunch time and back to atok's house, membersihkan diri..then after lunch, we went to nenek's house in Melaka..salam2, mkn2 and beraye lebih kurang, we went back to Kajang..

Yup..looking at this entry, you might think my raya wasn't that exciting..fyi, raya this year is one of the best raya in my life, almaklumla first time raya as husband and wife..it just that i don't really good at translating interesting stuffs that happen in my life into writings especially when im not in the mood..malas pun ye jugak...
