My 8 weeks old baby

This week is the eighth week of the pregnancy, i.e the womb is approximately 2 months old. Here are the descriptions of the 8 weeks old womb according to the website that i registered before.

The baby is now 5/8 of an inch long, about the size of a kidney bean. She's constantly moving and shifting, although you won't be able to feel these womb wiggles for several weeks yet. Her embryonic tail is disappearing, and her eyelids practically cover her eyes. Still slightly webbed, her fingers and toes are growing longer. Her arms have lengthened, too, and her hands are now flexed at the wrist and meet over her heart. Her knee joints have formed, and her feet may be long enough to meet in front of her body. With her trunk straightening out, her head is more erect. Breathing tubes extend from her throat to the branches of her developing lungs. The nerve cells in her brain are also branching out to connect with one another, forming primitive neural pathways. Though you may be daydreaming about your baby as one gender or another, the external genitals still haven't developed enough to reveal whether you're having a boy or a girl.

Note: Every baby develops a little differently — even in the womb. Our information is designed to give you a general idea of your baby's development.

The website is pretty cool because it will tell you quite details about the development of the baby weekly with some tips and advices for the mummy, for example what the mummy can do to remedy the nauseousness, what sort of diet that good for both, the mom and also the baby etc. It also tells you how your life is going to change so that you can adapt well with the changes. It's not just your life is gonna change, but the physical and mental aspect as well. I would say, it's all come with a package..heh..I personally think that we, the father-to-become also need to know some of these sorts of information to understand how the pregnancy will actually affect our life in a good way, if we wish. The experience that i'm having now is sooo great even though it's quite challenging. The first experience is always special, never be forgotten for the rest of your life.

So far, my wife has been so great. She's healthy and tade muntah2 what so ever. Skang ni yg paling teruk pun pening2 mabuk2 je la but that i guess normal to pregnant mom. Morning sickness is also another part and parcel of pregnancy. But after we learn one way to remedy that by eating some carbohydrate food such as bread the moment she wakes up in the morning, alhamdulillah the situation is much better now. Kalau tak, memang the whole day my wife pening2 and mabuk2. Mengidam pulak, erm so far blom lagi. However something does actually makes me wondering, if ever she's mengidam to eat something that she has tasted it when we were in Sheffield, how the hell am i gonna find it. Lets say, tibe2 mintak kebab Crown Pizza ke, chicken tikka Kebabish Sheffield tu ke or lamb korma, kebab sandwish Jannah ke mmg naye aku. Mane nak cari beb. Hopefully tak la ek baby..heheh..Whatelse, oh yeah, since my wife pregnant ni, my hunger is becoming unacceptably crazy. Weird isn't it?Seriously i don't know why. Asyik rase nak makan je, my wife pulak rilek je mcm biase. Bile lapa dia mkn bile tade selera dia tak mkn la. Aku lak, even dah kenyang pun rase nk makan gak ape lagi kalau lapa. Jgn aku pulak yg mengidam nanti sudah...hehehe..Orait guys, it's almost time to go home. Write more later ok.
